

- Simplify. Falls River Town Center (FRTC) is a commercial development in North Raleigh. It is full of many successful retail stores, service companies and restaurants. They were seeking a well laid out, easy to navigate website that would allow for quickly updated information. We created a homepage that encompasses all aspects of the town center: locations of stores, navigational categories, a brief description of each store as well as a dynamic news and events area.

- Succeed. This is a unique project in that the individual stores benefit tremendously from this package design and implementation and in turn Falls River Town Center thrives. This brings more attention to the town center community as a whole as well as the farmers market. We continue to provide them with their statistics and analytics and are still exceeding their expectations.
Once the web site launched we developed their custom e-campaign on this design. FRTC was very excited to
be able to reach their current customer base as well as let us help build that customer base. The e-campaign along with setting up their custom Facebook page helped promote their farmer's market and also advertise for the stores within the Falls River Town Center community. This company's Social Media sells itself - as we make posts customers and store owners reply with comments about the events, specials and news that happen at Falls River Town Center. Each of the elements of the marketing package is a direct tie to the other: The website promotes Social Media through links, as well as the e-campaigns which are posted on the websites blog; the e-campaign promotes the website and Social Media through links; finally, the Social Media promotes the website and the e-campaign through weekly postings creating a seamless marketing cycle.
- Simplify. Proctor Flooring and Acoustical is an established company that wanted to grow further in their market. They wanted a face-lift on their existing web site. After an initial meeting, we condensed their current content and added new content. We streamlined the information architecture of their site and finally designed clean, crisp graphics to compliment the new, updated look. In completion, it is now easy to find their services, contact information, and brands.
- Connect. After defining the company's new site design, we custom designed their e-campaign to mimic this design. Continuity is key in keeping your customers focus and brand recognition. We helped them build a contact list and start connecting with new customers as well as retaining their old customers with specials and news. During this time we set up and incorporated custom graphics into Social Media sites to bring together the final stage in their marketing package. The purpose of their first e-campaign was to gain a Facebook fan base.

They gained an immediate sense of who their customers were and what they wanted via Social Media and e-campaign analytics and statistics. We provide them monthly assessments of their success and base further marketing on these tangible numbers.
